OTP (One Time Password) is a code that will be sent to the company's phone number or email account. This OTP serves to verify transactions made with the payment method via deposit. Changes to the OTP recipient's phone number can only be made by the Admin of the Company Account. If the Company wants to change the cellphone number for OTP acceptance, it can follow these steps:
- Please log in to your Flip for Business account on dashboard
- Then click the Settings menu on the Flip for Business home page, then click the Profile menu
- Next, please edit the Company Phone Number* column listed to receive the OTP code, then click Save Changes.
*The format of the entered phone number will start with the number 0. And if the phone number comes from abroad, you can input the country code first, then the system will immediately generate a phone number in the appropriate format.
