If the PDAM Water Bill Payment transaction fails, the money that you have transferred will be returned to the balance in your Flip account, with the following conditions:
- Have activated the Duta Money balance
- The balance owned is not more than accumulated 20 million / month.
- Maximum transaction nominal amount of Rp5,000,000
However, if you do not meet the refund requirements, you can directly apply for a refund from the failed transaction page by clicking the Refund to Account button, then entering your refund destination account number.
For information, only bank accounts with the same name as the user name can be filled in on that page.
