- Open the Flip application, then select PDAM menu
- Select a Region, or search for it in the search box.
- Enter the Customer Number, make sure the name and billing details are correct.
- Click Payment, then select the bank that you will use to make the transfer.
- Make a transfer to the requested Flip account via ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking. Make sure the nominal you transfer is as stated up to the last three digits.
- After making the transfer, don't forget to confirm by pressing the I HAVE TRANSFERED button. Flip will not process unconfirmed transactions.
- Flip will immediately process the transaction. After the transaction is successfully processed, Flip will display proof of payment and send it to email.
