There are 2 things you can do if the transaction is still being processed and it's more than the SLA.
- Find out why your transaction has been processing for a long time, whether it's because there was an error during the transaction process or a problem with the bank's system. Read more about some of the causes of your transaction being processed beyond the deadline,
- If there is no problem with the transaction or bank system, wait and check your transaction regularly in the next 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes the transaction has not been successful, please fill out the Help Service Form below this article.
