In general, the following some reasons why your transaction is still in process:
- Unstable internet connection.
The transaction status is not updated because the internet connection is unstable. Refresh or reopen the Flip application to ensure the transaction status is updated.
- Disruption to the bank system.
If there is disruption information please wait, the transaction will be processed after the disruption is over.
- Transaction entered in bank maintenance time.
If the transaction is entered in the bank maintenance time (cut off bank), wait or cancel the transaction (if the transaction is still in the checking process) then submit a refund in the application.
- Transaction is waiting for bank reconciliation.
Please wait according to the time limit stated in the application.
