I entered the wrong transfer amount, what should I do?

Don’t worry if you entered the wrong transfer amount when creating a transaction, you can cancel the transaction, by opening the transaction you want to cancel and then click Cancel Transaction, then select Yes, Cancel.

After the transaction is successfully canceled, you can create a new transaction with the appropriate transfer amount. 

What if I have previously transferred to Flip's account?

You can refund through the Refund menu in the application or you can apply for a refund through this link.
