When the transaction is successful, and the money has not yet entered the beneficiary account, try doing the following:
- Check the transfer of the transaction beneficiary account on the successful transaction date, and please ensure the account number being checked is the same as the account number of your transaction beneficiary on Flip.
- If, after checking, there are no funds recorded as having entered from the Flip account in the beneficiary account transfer, contact Flip customer support via chat help by pressing the Flip Team Chat button at the bottom of your cell phone screen. Please attach the following data:
- Photo/screenshot of the recipient's account beneficiary history
- Transaction ID
