What should I do if I have failed my KTP selfie three times and don't have a SIM?

Suppose you have failed three selfies with your KTP and don't have a SIM. In that case, you can still upload other supporting documents, such as your marriage certificate, student card, employee card, or your latest diploma.

1. Upload at least one supporting document. Make sure you upload 2 photos, namely a photo of your identity card and a selfie holding your identity card.
2. Select the supporting document whose face photo is most similar to your current face.
3. Make sure the ID card photo is not cropped, is clearly visible, and all the data is legible.
