There are three reasons why a refund transaction is still in process:
- There is information that there is a problem in the bank system, resulting in your refund transaction being processed longer than usual.
- The requested refund was rejected, and there has yet to be further confirmation from the owner of the refund transaction.
- The transaction is still in the queue. Refunds will be processed by 1 hour after the refund is submitted. If your refund has not been processed for more than 1 hour, contact Flip Customer Support by pressing the Flip Team Chat button at the bottom of your cellphone screen. Remember to provide your Refund Transaction ID and details of your problem.
