To create a refund, prepare your proof of transfer and follow these steps:
- Log in to the Flip app, click More then choose Refund.
- Choose the transaction you want to refund. If there are no transactions that you want to refund or you want to refund for other reasons. You can choose More Refund Info
- Read the guidelines, then Take a Receipt Photo to continue uploading proof of transfer photos.
- Upload Proof of Transfer by opening the gallery or using the camera. Click Upload, then wait for the proof of transfer to be uploaded.
- Fill in the transfer date and transfer amount according to the proof transfer.
- Enter the account you want the refund to go to by click Choose Account.
- After choosing the Account, select the bank and enter the account number. Then click Check Account. Make sure the account that appears is correct.
- Select the bank Flip is transferring to. For example, if you transfer to BNI Flip account, then you can choose BNI as Flip's bank.
- Click Save and Continue
- Review the refund that has been made, if it is appropriate click Request Refund.
- Refunds will be processed by Flip. If it is successful, you can see the proof of transfer in the application.
