If your transfer does not use a unique code, the Flip system cannot process your transaction. You don't need to worry. Just apply for a refund via the Refund menu in the application. In addition, refund information will be processed no longer than 1 hour after the refund is submitted.

What should I do with the money transfer transaction that I made previously?
- To continue your previous transaction, re-transfer the nominal amount plus the appropriate unique code to your Flip account. Then, upload the new proof of transfer on the transaction page.
- Suppose you want to stop your previous transaction. In that case, you can cancel the transaction or close the transaction page. Within 1x24 hours, the transaction will be canceled automatically.
