- For Customer Fund Accounts (RDN) for BCA Bank, which are processed after 21:00 WIB, generally, the money reaches the beneficiary's account late because the transaction falls within the bank's cut-off time. Please wait and check periodically for 2 working days (Monday-Friday) after the transaction is successful.
- For RDN transactions other than BCA bank, if the money has not been received, wait and check periodically within 1 x 24 hours from the date of successful transaction.
Suppose the money has not arrived in the destination account after this time limit. Contact Flip Customer Support by pressing the Flip Team Chat button at the bottom of your cell phone screen. Remember to attach the following data.
- Transaction ID
- Complete statement/mutation account since the transaction was successful.
