If the refund is still processed, what should I do?

Check the status of the refund transaction and whether there was a rejection from the system. If a refund is rejected, several factors cause your refund transaction to be declined, including the following:
Errors in the submitted refund transaction, such as:
The refund amount requested is not the same as the nominal amount on the proof of transfer, check the solution here.
The refund destination account entered is not the sender/origin account, check the solution here.
Refunds cannot be processed because the money has already been sent to your other transaction destination.
The refund requested is double. You can check your other refund transactions, OK?
If there is no rejection from the system and the transaction is still in process. Check the time for submitting a refund. Under normal conditions, the refund process will be completed no longer than 1 hour after submitting the refund.
