How to change the phone number, if the number is lost or the number is inactive?

If your phone number is lost or inactive, you can change your phone number by filling in the form and clicking Fill in the Help Service Form.

• Name
• E-mail
• Identity number
• Old Phone Number
• New Phone Number
• Reason for changing phone number

Note: The form at the end of the article is only accessible in the Help Center in the Flip app.

However, you can log in to your Flip account. In that case, you can change your phone number directly in the application via the Account menu, then select Change Data. See the complete tutorial here.
