Have you got disturbance information like the one below?
If you got that information on your transaction process page, don't worry. We will process the transaction within hours. However, Flip cannot provide an accurate time estimate, because of disturbance coming from the bank.
You can check the transaction status periodically on the Flip application for the next 60 minutes. If, after 60 minutes, the transaction is still in the process, contact Flip customer support through the Help Chat in the application or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to provide your transaction ID and details of the problem.
